Intermediary, also known as "broker". Refers to the parties in the intermediary contract that provide the client with contracting opportunities or act as a contracting medium. The intermediary is neither a party nor an agent of either party in the contract concluded between the client and the third party. According to the laws of modern countries, although the intermediary is a commercial activity, anyone can freely engage in the business, except for the intermediary in the exchange law. The main obligation of the intermediary is to provide an introduction for the client to conclude a contract with a third party; its main right is to obtain the agreed remuneration when the intermediary succeeds.
